We liked this great hotel with garden views. the location was marvellous, relatively near Parlement de Flandre. - Food was tasty and restaurant was absolutely good.

The air-conditioned rooms here are excellent, and I found the price of £60 very reasonable and satisfying.

This place is clean with pleasant staff, the air-conditioned room has a modern bathroom and offers a wide range of fresh meals.

Comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus a laptop-size safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. A wide range of options, freshly made food. Professionalism of the staff.

I really enjoyed the decoration of the hotel, especially the elegant and charming style in the common areas. It made me feel like I was staying in a grand and luxurious place. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on the ground floor.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially the younger employees. It would have been nice if they were more attentive to the needs and preferences of seniors, as we sometimes require a little extra care and attention.

The hotel was very expensive for Christmas. The walls were thin, and noise from the other rooms could be easily heard. Additionally, the WiFi was very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The room at Ibis Styles Douai Gare Gayant Expo was just what I needed for a restful night. The comfortable bed and practical bathroom made me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the flat-screen television with satellite channels to be a bit overwhelming.
